VSF Preventative Maintenance Agreements
We offer annual preventative maintenance agreements. These involve two site visits per year, each of two to three days. We will check machine functionality, rectify smaller issues, check lubrication systems and inspect and adjust mechanical items. In each case we will provide an inspection report defining any parts or other work we recommend to be done.
On Site Service
We have our own service teams in Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. This allows us to quickly provide on site support. Contact our regional office to arrange a service call.
Spare Parts
VSF uses standard parts from reliable suppliers such as Siemens, Güdel etc. We hold a large stock of critical items. Spare parts can be ordered directly from our regional service centers.
