Our VSF gantry systems can print high-strength, low-CTE carbon fiber reinforced materials. We can also machine these parts with the precision required for mold making and part fixtures. The VSF systems are versatile, supporting part assembly, gluing applications, and high-precision tasks, with payload capacities exceeding 1 tone. We also offer materials suitable for moulds with service temperatures up to 140°C.

Moulds and Blanks for Fiberglass Composite Manufacturing

Additive manufacturing, combined with 5-axis milling on our VSF Composite systems, offers significant advantages in production accuracy and cost savings. We also provide options like sawing and sanding attachments to increase productivity and reduce manual labor.

Large 3D printed parts in these segments Innomerix offers thermoplastic materials like PETG or HDPE, reinforced with glass fiber for strength and durability. Our materials also perform well in outdoor applications due to enhanced UV resistance. Where you want to produce a lot of parts our VSF systems have the advantage of high extrusion rates and a large print volume so multiple parts cab be printed at the same time, increasing productivity.
