Print tables

Parts are 3D printed onto fixed or mobile print beds. We offer a range of bed sizes and types to match your manufacturing process.

Vertically printed parts are printed onto 3D printed beds. The material for the print bed then needs to be suitable to adhere to the printed part. An alternative are our new metal print beds with a grid of holes suitable for location of clamps or other fixators.

45 degree prints can be extruded onto print beds with a fire blanket on top. This prevents the part from sticking to the surface and helps with retaining heat in the lower layers. This also means minimal heat is transferred to the print bed surface and so it can be reused for many more prints.
